MB Utshob International is a European extension of Utshob International, a well-established distribution and trading company founded in Bangladesh in 2015. With a decade of success in distributing renowned international brands like PepsiCo, Marico, Perfetti Van Melle, and Care Nutrition, we expanded into the European market by establishing our Lithuanian branch in 2024.
From our base in Vilnius, we aim to introduce high-quality consumer goods — including baby care, hygiene, and FMCG products — to retail and wholesale networks across Lithuania and the broader European Union.

Our Founding Team
MB Utshob International is lead by S M Shakhawat Hossain, a seasoned entrepreneur and distribution specialist with over 10 years of experience in global trade and brand representation. He is also the founder of Utshob International (Bangladesh), known for successfully managing dealership networks and launching consumer brands in competitive markets.In addition to our founder S M Shakhawat Hossain, MB Utshob International is proudly co-founded by two dynamic and experienced entrepreneurs.

The proprietor of Aman Engineering and Works, Amarat Hossain is a highly respected figure in the steel building and steel fixture industry. He has led numerous large-scale projects for both government and private sector clients across Bangladesh. His technical expertise and project management skills bring immense value to our company’s expansion into Europe.
